A Fit Trainer meets with each client one, two, or three times per week for a 12 week program. Each 0ne-on-one session is custom designed for each client and lasts about one hour. These are personal private sessions in our salon are focused on your results and incorporate our latest research in fitness. Why would I use a Fit Trainer, instead of just going to a gym? Second, our Slim Coach will teach you how to use Jaime’s patented portion control technology to help you manage your meals.
