Franchise FAQ's

We are looking for franchisees to help us “go out and get the country in great shape.” We encourage you to review this entire website as it contains information about our business system as well as our product and service offerings.

Once you have reviewed our website, it will be time to speak with our sales and marketing staff to help you qualify to become one of our franchisees. We can be reached by calling our number 440-352-4300 or you can complete the Request Form to the bottom of this paragraph and one of our consultants will contact you and begin this process.

Here are some particulars about our franchise that you will find in our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and Franchise Agreement (FA). Every FDD has 23 Items that are required to be disclosed to you and once we have your Confidential Questionnaire, if you qualify, we will be happy to send you our FDD. We do not currently offer franchises in all states. Therefore, we can only send you our FDD and FA if we are offering franchises in your state. No offer to purchase a franchise is made from this website; it is for information purposes only.

INTITIAL FRANCHISE FEE. Our initial franchise fee (FDD Item 5) is $30,000 per franchise unit location. We find that several of our franchisees desire to own more than one location. For this reason, we do offer a $5,000 per franchise unit discount with a multi-unit franchise purchase of at least five (5) units or more.

ROYALTY. Our royalty fee (FDD Item 6) begins at five percent (5%) and declines to 3% with certain annual sales volume. Additionally, franchisees are expected to spend at least 3% of their gross sales on local advertising until their annual sales exceed $200,000. Currently we have not implemented a National Marketing Fund, but see the FDD, Item 6 for these details.

ESTIMATED INITIAL INVESTMENT. We currently offer two models of our business system: Express and Standard. The Estimate Initial Investment (FDD Item 7) is as low as $56,100 to $132,500. A typical location is approximately 1,750 square feet. Please see FDD Item 7 and footnote 12 for complete details, but based on our over 20 years experience in the industry, and current store openings, a typical location may cost $85,000 to $100,000 to open. This will differ widely based on your ability to find a location that meets our criteria and how much tenant finish will be required to meet our standards.
