Slim Program


Our Slim Program is designed to help you manage your weight so that you can live a lean and healthy lifestyle. As our founder, Jaime Brenkus says, “nothing tastes as good as lean feels!” Our Slim Program is based on the following critical elements:

What is a Slim Coach?
A Slim Coach provides two essential elements to our program. First is “knowledge” and the second is “accountability”. A Slim Coach meets with each client once a week to discuss their weight loss experience, provide resources, weigh, and council for the next week. Additionally, the Slim Coach will assist the client in making food choices from our over 40 food options.

How does the weigh loss program work?
First, it is simple mathematics. In order to lose one pound, a client must reduce their calorie intake by 3500 calories. Therefore if you are to lose 3 pounds per week you have to reduce your caloric intake by 10,500 calories in a week or 1500 calories per day. This is accomplished by a simple principle, “eat less, move more!” This is the foundation of Slim and Fit. For example if you exercise and burn up 500 calories and you reduce 1000 calories from your food intake, you can lose 3 pounds in a week. The challenge is how do you do this and not be hungry? Our program is scientifically designed by our registered dietician team to ensure that you get the right mix of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fluids to promote healthy weight loss and not be hungry. We call this our “4-2 Weight Loss Program” and by visiting one of our locations, you will get all the knowledge of how it works!

Second, our Slim Coach will teach you how to use Jaime’s patented portion control technology to help you manage your meals. It all centers on our “Lean and Green” meals combined with our proven and tasty high protein meal supplements.

Next, in addition to our proven portion controlled meal concept our Slim Coach will be with you one-on-one helping you learn the behaviors and secrets to living a lean life without having to give up your social activities. We do not ask you to attend embarrassing group sessions. As Jaime says, “Lean people lead lean lives; you have to see food as fuel and not fun!” We are private and discrete as we help you change your habits.
