THE 4-2 SLIM PLAN

Working with physicians, dieticians, nutritionists, and manufactures combining over 30 years of research and proven food science, we developed our weight loss system based on our patented portion control technology. It is simply body physics, if you follow our system, you will lose the weight! Our clients experience weight loss from 2 - 3 pounds up to 5 pounds per week (averaging over 30 pounds in 12 weeks).

The 4-2 Slim Plan combines 4 of our Slim Meals with 2 Portion Controlled Meals you choose, allowing you to “Eat 6 meals a day and still lose the weight.” Our Slim Meals provide balanced nutrition while ensuring you receive adequate grams of protein daily to protect essential muscle mass while losing weight. Providing you with great taste, minimal budget impact, and no hunger!

You will be eating six (6) meals a day on our weight loss plan and you will not be hungry. Why do we ask you to eat six meals a day? We need to keep your metabolism burning throughout the entire day so that you are burning fat and not storing it. The plan is proven and simple, and works for both men and women.

Weekly you will meet with your personal Slim Coach where you will learn the ABC’s of weight loss and fitness:

  • Accountability
  • Behavior Education
  • Choosing to Change


Best of all, there are no contracts or agreements to sign.

Group meetings vs. One on One Counseling

As you are aware, there are weight loss programs that have you sit in a group meeting and discuss strategies so the whole class can benefit. Those programs are successful.

BUT, just think how MUCH more success you'll have when you meet one on one with your Slim Coach to discuss your personal obstacles and strategies. Our clients love the Privacy and Personal Attention....and so will you !

Your personal Slim Coach will be with you all the way. Each week you will return to weigh and discuss the challenges of the past week. Your Slim Coach will guide you in overcoming these challenges and make the adjustments to help you succeed and reach your weight loss goal.
